One U.S. city has virtually no traffic lights – but it’s safe to drive there

The population loved Brainard’s initiative. According to him, there was not a month that he did not receive another request to get rid of a traffic light near a particular house or business. And it seems that other U.S. cities have also begun to look at the Carmel experience.
